A Russian cat has taken the title of “weird Russian singer” after performing at the opening of the Russian national concert series.
The cat, named Beryl, has been performing since September 11, 2016, according to the Russian Ministry of Culture.
Beryl is currently performing at a national concert in Moscow, according the ministry.
The ministry said that the cat’s performance has been “wonderful.”
The Russian cat is also a celebrity in Russia, having appeared in videos on Russian television and on Russian social media.
The singer of the show was Beryl from the Krasnoyarskiy district of Moscow, said a spokesperson for the Russian Cultural Center, which is hosting the show.
In September, a Russian video showed the cat performing a song from the popular television show “Kommersant,” according to a news report.
The Kommersantsant show is popular with Russians.
The show is aired on Russian state television.
In December, the Kommetsant show featured a cat dressed as a cowboy, according a report by the Russian news agency RIA Novosti.
The video has since been taken down.
